If you would like to return one or more items, please print out the last page of the PDF invoice you received by email and enclose it with the package. Alternatively, you can simply send us an email with the information to save paper.
Please give us a short info on what to do with the returned items: e.g. send another size, send another product, money back, delivery was wrong - send the right product, defective product - send a replacement (please underline).
Please also enter your order or invoice number. You have received this by email.
You can use any shipping service (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS) for the return shipment. We recommend that you choose an insured shipment with tracking, e.g. DHL Paket. According to our terms and conditions, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our part. We will be happy to help you if you need help creating a parcel label online or finding a parcel shop. The cancellation period is 14 days. Within this period, you have to indicate the cancellation.
