Within Germany we charge 3,90€ for shipping.
Within Germany we deliver free of charge from 25,00€ (0,00€ shipping).
Within the United Kingdom, shipping costs are £4.95.
In the following countries, shipping costs are €7.90 for parcels weighing less than 1 kg and €14.90 for parcels weighing 1 kg or more: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Croatia, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Ireland, Greece, Malta, Andorra, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Cyprus)
In the following countries, shipping costs are €8.90 for parcels weighing less than 1 kg and €21.90 for parcels weighing 1 kg or more: Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Switzerland.

Supplier, delivery conditions
Our contractual partner for shipping GUPPYFRIEND products within Germany is DHL (www.dhl.de). We also ship abroad via DHL, except Austria, where we ship via DPD AT (www.dpd.com). For this reason, we cannot deliver the Guppyfriend products to DHL packing stations in Austria.
The order will be processed at the latest on the working day after the (paid) order. Delivery will be made to the delivery address within the delivery times stated in the online shop for the product. You will receive the tracking information by e-mail after placing your order. Alternatively, you can visit the order confirmation page again. You will find the link in the order confirmation e-mail. For international deliveries, the tracking status will be updated after a few days.

Return / Revocation
If an item is to be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the package must be sent back to us. The processing will take place as soon as possible after arrival and the refund will be made with the means of payment that was used for the payment. In case of prepayment / bank transfer, please include the bank details of the return. For security reasons, we cannot see these on our account.
